Victoria "Vicky" MacElroy is an English teacher at Medford High school.
Biography[]
Season 1[]
Victoria MacElroy was introduced in Young Sheldon as a teacher in class, where she had Georgie and Sheldon. She had been asked about certain topics, to her own shocked. (Pilot (Young Sheldon)
While she was eating lunch, Sheldon comes in to talk to her. She had a book that c covered on how to be a school principal, but could not do so because she's not a man and she hopes to live to a day where she can be a principal. Sheldon says she won't live long because of the cheeserburger she is eating, a fact that results in her telling him to leave. (Rockets, Communists, and the Dewey Decimal System)
She had a food drive and reminded the class to contribute to it. Sheldon comes in late and gives a note saying he had a medical emergency and is asked why. (A Therapist, a Comic Book, and a Breakfast Sausage)
Ms. McElroy had assigned a book to read, and Sheldon read it; he then asked her if she had read it. This was treated as rude and she told Tom Petersen about it. After Sheldon is invited to Wilmot Academy in Houston, she thought he is gone so she, Coach Wilkins, and Ms. Ingrid, celebrate by drinking alcohol in the faculty lounge at 11AM, but is told by Principal Petersen that Sheldon has returned.
As the school year progresses, she had assigned a book to read and Sheldon ask if she read the same book. (An Eagle Feather, a String Bean, and an Eskimo)
She told Sheldon to stay in his seat however Sheldon was about to leave the classroom because she sneezed and he did not want to get sick and because of this he left the classroom. (A Sneeze, Detention, and Sissy Spacek)
Season 2[]
Sheldon has Ms. MacElroy in her English 2 class, to her annoyance. (A High-Pitched Buzz and Training Wheels)
She was teaching class when Sheldon has a runny tummy and lets him to go to the nurse. (A Tummy Ache and a Whale of a Metaphor)
In one year, she was in charge of school elections. Sheldon comes to her about running for president. She makes it clear that it'd be hard for him to win against Nell Cavanaugh who's adored by the student body. And given these elections bias the more popular candidate, he doesn't have much odds winning especially because he isn't liked much. Sheldon feels that elections must be about better ideas rather than who's more popular. He reveals his idea of spending less money on football, more on science. Ms. MacElroy is amused. Season 3[]
One class, as she takes attendance and notices that Sheldon is not there so she asks Georgie, who replies he is out sick. She's ok with that absence. (A Broom Closet and Satan's Monopoly Board)
In Ms. MacElroy’s class Sheldon asks her if she's read Lord of the Rings and she says that she has. He shares his timeline doubt and Georgie asks her if she can imagine living with him. Ms. MacElroy cannot. (Hobbitses, Physicses and a Ball with Zip)
Sheldon suddenly becomes popular in school so she tries matching Sheldon’s perfectionist levels in punching holes in paper slips which makes him happy. (The Sin of Greed and a Chimichanga from Chi-Chi's)
She was asked by Sheldon if she wanted to purchase the house next to his house; she replies that she rather suffer a self injury rather than become his neighbor. (A House for Sale and Serious Woman Stuff)
Sheldon wants to attend college, so he gets people to say a message. Ms. MacElroy says a message saying he is ready for college. (A Secret Letter and a Lowly Disc of Processed Meat)
