Valerie Mossbacher

Valerie Mossbacher was a contemporary of Penny at high school in Nebraska. She is referenced in "The Electric Can Opener Fluctuation" as a "stupid slut". Penny's attitude is likely to have been colored by the fact Valerie beat her to the coveted position of Head Cheerleader, at a time when Penny confidently believed it was hers. It is perhaps safe to say that they are no longer in touch or remain friends.
