Richie is a character in Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage. He is a friend of Todd and liked to ride dirtbikes.
One day, he, Jason, Todd, and Georgie went to have some fun dirtbiking and then stopped to take a break and and drank some beer. They continud to dirtbike and fell over, and got super dirty. He was driven home in a pickup truck driven by Georgie. (Todd's Mom)
