  • Hello, This is a courtesy message concerning your participation to the Big Bang Theory Wiki. Let me lay out the concerns for you.

    Reason 1

The disruptive move/renames of pages you had since 2016. Many pages you moved were performed with the reason to use his full name. This is one example of the move you performed, amid numerous other pages. here is another example Those are uneeded and wordy. It also flooded maintenance issues especially for doubleredirects, all of which it took me time to fix.

Reason 2 Regarding those edits, another administrator warned you and explained to not do those things. Just scroll down and you will see the warnings. He tried to explain to you but never actually made an impact. Plus,

    Reason 3

Your messages are hard to understand at times. They wander, bandly formatted, and not to the point effectively enough. Obsessive, combative, and overly hostile are the worst others have described your messages. Not good.

    Reason 4

Competence is required. Seeing your interactions on Community Central, you cleanly lack the ability to contribute positively across wiki. The first contribution was complaining about a indefinite block and it likely remains. Several edits are inappropriate/incompetent such as those here. Also, you were blocked on numerous wikis. Your contributions on the DC wiki led to 3 separate 1 year blocks with the second one could have easily been a permanent one. You also received a permanent block on the

You also had a length block on

and multiple more I did not find.

We cannot have any sort of disruption and you have provided a ton of disruption on this wiki. I have tolerated your edits in a calm manner, but it is time for me to put my foot down. Therefore,I have removed your editing privileges from this wiki. This block is final.

    Thank you, MechQueste

  • Hi, Jdogno7.

Would you mind leaving the titles of unnamed family members only with the main character's name in the title?

We can't put the Siblings because they're not main characters and also because not all siblings' names are known.

    • - My point about the unnamed siblings is that since we don't know their names, they're not in the title and that leaves them out. So why even put the named siblings in the title too?

      - Yes, I'm referring to any article concerning an unnamed family member related to a main character and you shouldn't need to put other siblings' names in the title.

    • "So why even put the named siblings in the title too?": Because certain characters are equally as much related to them as they are a main character. e.g. Penny's Uncle, Cousin, Sister and Brother-in-law (Sister's Husband) are equaly as much Randall's relatives as well out of Penny's Family. With the Hofstadters: Leonard's Cousin, Grandfather and Grandmother, Sister and Brother-in-law (Sister's Husband) are equally as much Michael's relatives as they are his. With the Rostenkowskis: Bernadette's Four Unnamed Siblings and Grandmother are equally as much Joey' relatives as they are hers. With the Koothrappalis: Raj's Unnamed Siblings and their Unnamed Spouses are equally as much Priya's relatives as they are his.

  • Hi, Jdogno7!

I just want to say that Penny's cousin and nephew are not Alfred's nephew-in-law and great-nephew-in-law because they don't match at all.

And as for Leonard's aunts, you can't put them together because you can't tell who would be his sister(s) or ex-sister(s)-in-law.

    • It doesn't say anywhere on the Internet and it seems that those type of relations would only be distant relatives by marriage.

P.S. I still disagree with your bit about unnamed family members of the main cast - putting first a main character's name then their sibling(s)'s name. Surely, it should only be the main character's names in unnamed family member titles because their siblings never have much to do.

"It doesn't say anywhere on the Internet and it seems that those type of relations would only be distant relatives by marriage.": I found the term used over 80 times in a google search. Distant or not they are still relatives.

It is better to use Penny's Maternal Grandmother rather than Susan's Mother and Penny's Maternal Grandfather rather than Susan's Father, likewise Penny's Paternal Grandfather rather than Wyatt's Father and Penny's Paternal Grandmother rather than Wyatt's Mother. It is more concise and precise to label them as the parents of their children rather than the grandparents to their grandchildren.

  • Hi, Jdogno7.

I just want to say thanks for correctly writing Leonard's brother-in-law relations. But I was wondering about the one via his sister; I feel that it could be a man because Leonard's mom doesn't seem to strike me as a homosexual-approving person and also given how Beverly is seemingly proud of her daughter.

    What do you think?

    • There are some people who even if they aren't anti-something are not above making jokes about it. In "House" (TV series), the eponymous character is not above making bigoted remarks but the idea is that he only does so because it amuses him rather than because he feels any true hate or malice toward any given ethnicity or denomination that he mocks. I suppose what I am trying to say is that even if Beverly is not homophobic she is not above mocking homosexuals. I am not saying she could not be a sexist (using the term to indicate discrimination about sexuality, genderism should be the term used to describe gender discrimination) but at the very least she is not above mocking sexual orientation.

  • Mrs. Wolowitz was only named Debbie and not Deborah and the name 'Debbie' is commonly but not always short for Deborah, so you can't know.

And as for labelling, the names of unnamed relatives of the main characters, you don't have to put their named siblings in the title too. The show focusses mostly on the main characters, so it shoul just be their names.

    • So, we should revert the titles with main character's names and their siblings and make it just main characters?

No I do not believe that we should (based on the reasons I have given for keeping as such). However I accept if I am overruled as I am not an authority figure here.
