  • Hi, can you stop over linking stuff on the wiki by the Wikipedia link? its starting to clog up the page with links

    • We've always had the practice that since this database is read worldwide by many people whom English is not their first language, we're helping them understand what they are reading.

  • since you have been around for a while, I was wondering, what is the point of this category? I am not seeing the point, so I'm thinking of removing the pages from it.

  • Why did you get rid of Sarah Michelle Geller and replace her with the number 12?

Probably an accident. Sometimes whole sections or a whole page of words get replaced by another set of words just because some unknown function accidently gets hit.

  • Hi, Bbtfan07.

I would like to ask you:

How do you know Penny's gonna change her mind about Leonard being a surrogate father? Where is your proof? Because I read that he eventually won't.

      Loading editor
    • Just speculation; however, she is getting pressure from Leonard fathering another child and from her father.

        Loading editor
    • Well, let's hope the writers will give Leonard and Penny a happy ending! And with them having had children! I also wish Penny's mother Susan was coming too!

        Loading editor
    • We need to know that they are starting on their smart and beautiful children Leonard was dreaming about in the pilot. Of course his intelligence didn't think that they could have his looks and his brain making them not so smart and not so beautiful.

    • I still want to see a partial look into the future like they do some shows. What happened in 5 or 10 years with our favorite characters. That would be the best going away present for the FANS!

    • Thank you for your response. I have no idea how that happened. Must be some automatic function that I am totally unaware of. The function did all those substitutions by itself which i would never have done nor would I ever have any intention of doing. May apologies.

    • The same thing just happened with The Donation Manifestation. I went back and most of the Wikipedia references had changed to Mark Cendrowski references. Very weird and possibly a programming glitch. I will try and continue and give you a good product, but things do get messed up. Hoping for the best.

  • Hi, Bbtfan07. I would like to ask about the edit you made to the Season 12 page: Some of the gang could be moving by the year's end. Do you mean to say that some of the gang/couples would be soon moving to new homes? Like for example: - Leonard and Penny buying a house and having a baby/babies - Sheldon and Amy being parents (Will Sheldon be a good father, do you think?)

      Loading editor
    • Just my own predictions since the show is probably ending and the Hofstadters should be moving on. That might be the last show with the apartment couples breaking up and moving on. Besides Shamy is a couple in a very small place. Ideally I'd still like to see then moving next door to each other helping raise each others kids. And that way Leonard would never truly be rid of his annoying best friend. We'll see!!!!!!!!!

And yes, Sheldon and Amy would make interesting parents, and would raise good kids though probably not the overloards of humanity they once thought. Leonard and Penny's kids would probbaly have more Penny's personality and maybe Leonard's brains.

  • Hi, Bbtfan07.

I would like to talk a bit about the reply you left on my comment regarding the Season 11 finale.

Mary has visited with Howard and Raj. And also, since we've seen her talking to Leonard's good-for-nothing mother, I want Bernadette to talk to Mary too! Which is why I could say that I hope they will be seen talking to each other in Season 12! Because if not, then a Season 13 NEEDS to happen! I'm also waiting for the first appearance of Howard's father, Sam, the reappearance of Howard's half-brother Josh and the first appearance of Mrs. Wolowitz II; That is to say: Sam's second wife, Josh's mother and Howard's stepmother.

For me, the writers are getting a bit brainless and also have a problem with marriage which is why they probably wrote Penny badly after her marriage, mostly in Season 10! Three consecutive episodes of her and Leonard fighting!

And I want Penny's parents to return as well! I want them to form a close friendship with Leonard's father and Sheldon's mother and also to only take a liking to Howard, Raj, Bernadette, Amy and Stuart and feel nothing but contempt and particular dislike for Sheldon! Also I need to see more of Wyatt and Susan bonding with Leonard! The writers have wasted years to make family members appear regularly! Which is why I think I can write better than the writers can! P.S. Thanks for agreeing that it's weird that Leonard's mother isn't coming to Shamy's wedding!

    • It would be fun to see Howard dealing his father's second family and to see Mary interacting with Bernie. The writers have to have a good story for each of these things to happen. You're right that the parents only seem to show up for weddings. With all the families formed because of marriages, we should see more interactions with the in-laws. They one season (probably) to make some of these things happen.

    • What's your opinion of the finale?

        Loading editor
    • Well, I thought the Season 11 finale was quite good.

      - Raj finally talking to Mary without needing alcohol or medication. - Finally meeting Amy's father and seeing Missy again

The wedding was quite good too, although Sheldon's vows and questions may have bummed me out just a little bit, but not really Amy's.

Leaving out my fury that once again Mary and Bernadette still haven't spoken to each other, there are a few other cons too: - Amy didn't wear her glasses during the ceremony - There was no sign that Halley and Neil were there - At the wedding, no Leonard's parents, no Missy's husband and son, no Zack, no George's girlfriend, no Emily Sweeney and no Alex - Not quite pleased with Mary's new hairstyle

And if you ask how I feel about the recast of Amy's mother, I have only one pro and one con about it. PRO: Anyone who has issues of comparing the real world to the fictional world can now see that TBBT is not real, since Annie O-Donnell (original) and Kathy Bates don't quite look the same CON: Not the same actress

    • Loved the episode. Best part was the wedding, second seeing Missy again and third Penny's reactions during the wedding - Her kid was growing up.

  • Hi, Bbtfan07.

I just want to ask you something: You wrote in the Trivia section of the page "The Neonatal Nomenclature" that neither baby will appear on the show.

And my question is "How do you know that the Wolowitz son won't appear on-screen either, and only be heard off-screen?"

    • A little guess and also comments that they aren't turning it into an old fashioned comedy sitcom like Father Knows Best. Jim Parsons also said he doesn't want to work with kids though I'd love to see one episode of Sheldon and Amy with their kids.

  • Hi, Bbtfan07.

Just want to reply to your comment on the page 'The Matrimonial Metric':

Sheldon never thinks very highly of what Leonard does, though they are best friends.

You're quite right and I know why: Because of Leonard's upbringing, his mother and Sheldon's ridiculous condescension and dirty attitude! Why weren't Howard and Raj Leonard's best friends instead? - They should be three supportive friends with the nobody-likes-him friend.

Leonard and Sheldon are also, to some extent, foils to each other. Don't you think?

I also somehow feel like they are different versions of the Marauders from Harry Potter:

Leonard = James Potter (Leader of the group and wearing glasses)

Howard = Sirius Black (No idea)

Raj = Remus Lupin (Experience of prejudice; Lupin for his lycanthropy by most wizards and Raj possibly his Indian heritage by possibly far-right wings like Benradette's father for example)

Sheldon = Peter Pettigrew (Weak, traitorous (sometimes), cowardly, selfish)

    • Sheldon is too Sheldon-centric to think highly of anyone's work and in some htinkgs Leonard has proven to do poorly like in playing chess. Even Penny bear him. Actually Leonard has proven to be a very competent phyiscist.
