Meagen Fay (Born in 1957, Chicago, IL)  was born in Chicago and studied classical theater overseas.

She had an apprenticeship in Dublin, Ireland and returned to Chicago to the "Off Loop" theater area and the Second City troop. She got her start working on television with Carol Burnett in "Carol and Company". Her first film was Dirty Rotten Scoundrels with Steve Martin and Michael Caine.
