Linda Swanson is the mother of Paige and Erica Swanson and ex-wife of Barry Swanson.
Appearances[]
Linda first appears in "A Rival Prodigy and Sir Isaac Neutron" when she, Barry and their daughters go to the Cooper home for a playdate. Linda then converses with George and Mary and it's revealed that Barry and Erica are ignored by Linda who mostly pays attention to Paige.
Linda reappears in two scenes where she comes to a restaurant where George is sitting. She and George discussed her marital problems. When Linda sees Barry coming, she flees. She is last seen at the museum after her daughter Paige and George's son Sheldon Cooper were caught in a closed exhibit. (Carbon Dating and a Stuffed Raccoon)
When she and Paige are in the mall, they meet Sheldon, Mary, and Missy at the shoe store, she convinces Sheldon to buy new shoes. Later, she drops Paige off at a sleepover with Missy and Sheldon (who declined joining), while she runs off to hang out with some girlfriends of hers. Linda reappears having divorced Barry. She says she is thrilled that he is gone, but worried about how it will affect Paige. (Body Glitter and a Mall Safety Kit)
She received a call if Missy was at her house. It turns out both Paige and Missy are gone and she is convinced that Paige instigated the trip, not Missy regardless of any pleading. She drives Mary and George to a point past Baton Rouge, Louisiana to pick her up, fed up with her antics.(A Stolen Truck and Going on the Lam)
