Clark is a character is a character in Young Sheldon and is portrayed Zachary Alexander Rice. He was a student at East Texas Tech in the 1990s. He had served as editor of The ETT Weekly Owl newspaper. He was working one day in the room where hw as watchign someone. Sheldon Cooper comes in and asks whom to turn a piece to. Clark says he can but Sheldon wants to give it to someone who is less likely to smoke it as a bong. Clarl says he is the editor, so Sheldon gives it to him to publish. He read it over and refuses to publish it because of a “Grand Chancellor” role mentioned, as it is false. Sheldon comes back in later and asks why it was not published; Clark tells him that the position of Grand Chancellor does not exist. Sheldon immediately realizes that he was tricked.
