April Bowlby (born July 30, 1980) in Vallejo, California is an American actress. She is best known for the roles she played as Kandi on Two and a Half Men. She moved to Manteca, California, as a child, and attended East Union High School. She studied ballet, French, and marine biology at Moorpark College, and began a modeling career before deciding to pursue acting. She is also known for her role as Stacy Barrett in "Drop Dead Diva", Barney Stinson's obsessive ex-girlfriend Meg in "w I Met Your Mother" and has been in "CSI", "Psych", "CSI: NY", "All Roads Lead Home", "The Slammin' Salmon" and "From Prada to Nada".
