I just watch the episode for young sheldon called funral and I am still sobbing my eyes out the next day like I know it's just a show but like it's still sad

Absolutely ironic

Personally, I would prefer it, because if it's a prequel, the creators had significant limits, they couldn't make major changes, develop some stories and characters, not disturb the world of TBBT.

I think Paige and Sheldon would have ended up together if it wasn't the prequel....because it seemed like it was headed that way. Plus, it feels like the creators have created an ideal partner for Sheldon. She's smart/genius like Sheldon (probably smarter) but with the personality of Penny or Missy (kinda), just more complex, messy, wit and later also sadder. They had complex relationship but they had great chemistry. And no offense to Amy, but Paige beats her in every way. Sheldon and Paige were close in similarities, they could complement each other in differences. Encourage each other and make each other better.

Maybe it's just me, but especially in the last seasons of YS, I was really shipping them and hoping for a romantic relationship between them... even though it was clear to me that it wasn't going to happen (just because it's a prequel and that we know from TBBT that Sheldon not only never dated anyone, but never even kissed a girl, etc.).

I cant be the only one who wants to see the rest of Paige's story at least in miniseries form right?

Who wants to bet that he gave people religious trauma and/or wanted to or did start a conversion therapy

You probably know that the Young Sheldon finale came out recently so I just wanna say RIP young sheldon and RIP George Cooper

Seeing Jim and what’s her name who played Amy was so great it gave me that big bang feeling again but more importantly seeing Sheldon walk through his family old house seeing his dad couch seeing the sofa made me sad Sheldon tracked down all his family belongings or at the very least the same furniture is that resembled them and seeing him sit their in his old spot on the couch really made me tear up to some extent it shows in his Sheldon way that he never let go of the past he still misses his dad but knows his watching over him

Because in the episodes evolving loss Sheldon was their to comfort Howard by reminding Howard how lucky he is to have friends like him Leonard Raj penny Amy and a loving wife Bernadette

And when Sheldon rewatched the video of his dads game and it inspired him and Amy to continue on with their project that won them the Nobel Peace prize he thanked his dad this shows that despite his negative and egotistical behavior Sheldon always has his heart in the right place when it matters

With the 7 year run of Young Sheldon finally coming to a close, what’s your favourite/most memorable line said by one of the characters? For me it was when Georgie said “the saddest thing about it, is just how sad it is”

What a pity, but what a relief.

One of my favourite characters in YS (who won't smile when she checkmated Sheldon?).

Paige's tragic fall was used as antithesis to Sheldon, which only made people to feel more pity for her.

TBBT dictates that Paige is not going to "live" long but still, what a waste of a great character.

I just finished watching the Young Sheldon series finale, and it is emotional. The funeral scenes were emotional. And I liked that Sheldon and Amy were in "Memoir", we could to learn more about Leonard Cooper and their daughter. The only other TBBT character that was mentioned was Penny. Anyhow, Young Sheldon will always be remembered in my heart and it will continue to air in reruns on CTV and CTV Comedy Channel in Canada.

After so many years, Young Sheldon has been a part of my heart.

The actors and comedy was so good that It made me laugh.

Kinda like the BBT but now, it's resulting in a end.

I liked this show along as BBT.

I hadn't watched the series finale but I will Friday.

At the end of S7E12 there’s a voice in Sheldon’s Head saying “Sheldon,Sheldon” and then the credits roll. Why?
