That is a tricky one, Sheldon has no social sense therefore as we can see in season 11 in the military episode, he had difficulty holding it in, Raj I’d afraid if being wrong (JSUT my opinion) and Howard is an engineer. So my vote would be if TBBT had a debate team it would include;

Penny, 1st speaker

Bernadette, 2nd speaker

Amy, 3rd speaker

Leonard, 4th speaker.

Penny (1) or Bernadette (2).... because they're not just smart, and Penny might not be as smart and educated as the rest of the group, but that doesn't matter at all. She knows how to lead, lead by example, negotiate, take the initiative, organize and get what she wants.

This can change depending on how you think about it but i think they would all be good. The only reason why i put howard and sheldon at the bottom is because they are a bit unreasonable a lot of the time or always decide on things with a point of view that benefits them. i put bernadette, penny and leonard at the top because i feel like they choose things fairly with sense and then raj and amy in the middle because i couldn’t decide on them i guess it depends on the situation 😅
